Good news and Great news...
As many of you know, my wife Gardner had a stroke
on April 3rd...Her speech has returned to normal as has her face...She is
getting a little movement in her left arm and good movement in
her left leg...CLICK

steps with the therapist...She is one the road to recovery and is VERY
determined to be going full speed in the foreseeable future...
I had to cancel our annual summer trip to France,
Germany and Belgium as well as the performances that I had
booked...The up side of this is that I have been signed to do two months
at the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi,
which is only 75 minutes from our home...I'll be performing solo in
Stalla's, their new Italian restaurant which will be opening on
Thursday, June 10th with me performing from 7-11 PM...I'll be doing three
nights a week, Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's...I hope that I'll see
many of my friends and fans there to see me in an informal atmosphere
where we can relax and have a good time, and yes, I'll take requests...
August 13th will see me at Colonial Country Club
doing a dinner show using the trio...I'll also be returning to The Club in
Birmingham, AL on August 20th and 21st doing 2 shows in between
the dance bands sets performed by the house band...A really fantastic
venue to perform in...I'm doing a private concert on September 10th in
Alexandria, LA for Leetha and Lance Harris, and on the following day, September
11th, I'll be performing with the Rapides Symphony Orchestra doing
an outdoor concert on the banks of the Red River which is free
to the public...Later in September we'll return with the trio to Rock
Springs, WY for the 11th year in a row...It's like family returning there
and being with our very good friends up there...Great fun working with the
Community collage students and then on our last night we do a concert
called Jazz from the Bayou to raise money for students in the Arts...
We had a few very in depth articles written
about Gardner and me recently which we're trying to get permission to put
on our Website...The written part hits so close to home, and there are
some wonderful photo's of Chateau Kole and Gardner which were taken a few
weeks before her stroke...
